Late changes, cancellations and no-shows do not only impact us significantly, but also impact other clients that miss out on bookings. Therefore, we hope that you will appreciate our salon booking policy.
We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. If you have given 24 hours notice, your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment or refunded. For rebooking, you may carry your deposit over for your next treatment or we will require the payment again when you book in.
Failing to arrive, cancellation or any changes not given within 24 hours of your appointment, will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you have a gift voucher, the voucher will be held as your booking deposit. The same terms will apply. Unless an expired voucher, the voucher will become void.
If you run late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you without impacting on the next scheduled client, or this will also result in the loss of your deposit.
We understand that this can be an inconvenience when something comes up unexpectedly, although it means we are also inconvenienced due to no shows and late cancellations as we run out appointments strictly.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our booking policy, as we are a small business, late, changes & cancellations impact us greatly. Please take this into consideration when booking an appointment with us. If you’re unable to pay the deposit over the phone, we will require you coming into the salon to pay before we can book in your appointment.
For peak periods & long appointment times, please note a booking deposit will be required. Confirmation of your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
We understand you may need to change your booking, we kindly request 24hrs notice, as this could create an opening for another client to take that time.
For all new clients, please arrive 10mins early to complete a consultation form.
If you’re after a specific day, time or therapist, please consider booking 2-3 weeks in advance so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability.
